Roof Inspections · Toronto & GTA

A roof inspection that gives you useful answers

Condition assessments for leaks, planning, storms, and property decisions.

Serving Toronto and communities across the GTA. We inspect first, explain the options, and put the proposed scope in writing.

What the service covers

Start with the whole roof problem.

We inspect the visible roof system and explain what needs attention now, what should be monitored, and when a specialist in another building system may be required. The deliverable depends on whether you need an estimate visit or a formal report.

  • Roof covering and flashing review
  • Visible penetration and vent review
  • Leak-area assessment
  • Photo documentation when included
  • Repair-versus-replacement guidance

Roof Inspections FAQ

Questions homeowners ask us

What do you check during a roof inspection?

We review accessible roof surfaces, edges, valleys, flashings, penetrations, vents, and visible drainage concerns. When relevant and accessible, we also compare interior or attic signs with exterior conditions.

Will I receive photos?

Photo documentation can be included so you can understand visible findings. If you need a formal report for a transaction, insurer, or other third party, tell us when booking so we can define the required format and scope.

Is a roof inspection free?

Estimate visits and formal reports are not always the same service. We confirm whether a fee applies before the appointment, based on the purpose, access, and documentation you need.

Can you estimate the roof's remaining life?

We can discuss visible condition and the factors that influence future performance, but weather and concealed conditions make an exact lifespan impossible to guarantee. We focus on practical priorities and signs to monitor.

Should I get an inspection after a storm?

An inspection is sensible when you see missing materials, debris impact, new indoor stains, or changes along roof edges. Avoid climbing up yourself; ground-level photos and attic observations can help us understand the concern.
